Romeo Dumuk III was born on Sept.7,1981 and raised in Davao City,Philippines. He got hes degree in arts at Ford Academey of The Arts Inc. ( Bachelor of Fine Arts Major in Painting ) in Davao City and upon graduating he recieved a Special Merit Award for Best in Concept and Design. He find hes inspiration in computer graphic surrealism.
